- National Taiwan University formulates the NTU Directives for the Prevention of Sexual Harassment and Complaint Handling in accordance with Article 13, Paragraph 1 of the Gender Equality in Employment Act; Article 3, Paragraph 1 of the Regulations for Establishing Measures on Prevention of Sexual Harassment in the Workplace; Article 7, Paragraph 1 of the Sexual Harassment Prevention Act; and Article 7 of the Regulations of Sexual Harassment Prevention in order to prevent sexual exploitation and protect the rights of victims. And set up a “Sexual Harassment Prevention Section” on the webpage of the Personnel Office to disclose complaint mechanisms and channels for gender equality incidents.

- If a faculty member is involved in a sexual harassment incident and confirmed to be the perpetrator by the University’s Gender Equality Education Committee or by a relevant investigative commission established according to the law, the incident shall be reported to the Ministry of Education and his or her employment shall be terminated immediately.
