5. Overview of Online Resources: For access to online resources from off campus, please set up the Off-campus Internet Connection Services (VPN).

1.  Domain Network Analysis (DNA) Service:
    The Domain Network Analysis (DNA) Service is a customized service available to NTU full-time faculty members. Based on user-provided keywords, the Library collects publications in the specified research domain and applies bibliometric and social network analyses to generate visualizations of publication trends, topic distribution, key scholars, research frontiers, and other developments in the field. The service can be used to explore research domains, support grant and award applications, and provide bibliometric evidence for scholarly publications and presentations.

2.  NTU TOPICs: Academic Collaboration Discovery Service:
   The Library has developed NTU TOPICs, a visual network analysis platform based on the research topics of publications authored by NTU researchers. The platform serves as a reference for identifying potential collaborators within the University and helps both internal and external users gain an overview of the research themes and Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) emphasized by NTU authors and academic units.https://www.lib.ntu.edu.tw/events/ntutopics/en_index.html

3. Projects-funded purchased books verification and borrowing: to respond to the research needs of faculty, the NTU library offers long-term (3 years) borrowing services for books purchased for the use of projects funded under the research projects budget of National Science and Technology Council (former Ministry of Science and Technology) and NTU’s academic research grants for new faculty.

1. Intercampus loan service: Users can easily borrow books between campuses via the online system. The service covers the books in the Main Library (including branch libraries at the Department of Physics, Department of Chemistry, Department of Mathematics, Institute of Oceanography, Department of Library and Information Science’s Internship Library, College of Social Sciences Koo Chen-Fu Memorial Library, and the College of Law Library) and the Medical Library. 2. Intercampus document delivery service: Provides a fee-based document delivery service that full-time faculty members can request copies of journal articles from above mentioned libraries and ASRS Service Center. For more information:

1. The JADE service can help you obtain journal articles not held by the NTU Library from overseas libraries within as quickly as 24 hours. A fee of NT$5 per page will be charged.

1. Interlibrary Loan Card Services: NTU Library has established interlibrary loan agreements with more than 100 libraries in Taiwan. NTU faculty and students can visit the NTU Library to apply for an interlibrary loan card that can be used to check out books at cooperating libraries. In addition, to enhance collaboration and resource sharing among NTU, National Taiwan Normal University, and National Taiwan University of Science and Technology, full-time NTU faculty members may, upon application, use their NTU ID cards to borrow books directly from the libraries of the latter two universities.

2. Nationwide Document Delivery Service (NDDS): You may also apply online through the NDDS to borrow books and request copies of journal articles from cooperating libraries.

1. The Digital Media Commons on the first floor of the Main Library features a rich collection of audiovisual materials. In addition to accessing audiovisual materials with public performance rights on-site, faculty members may also borrow audiovisual materials with public performance rights for teaching or research purposes.
    
2. The Library provides a variety of audiovisual services, including:

• Streaming Media Service: Integrates streaming media resources subscribed by the Library.
• Multimedia@Online: NTU Faculty members and students can access a variety of online audiovisual resources at the NTU Library, including audiovisual collections and videotaped speeches, anywhere and anytime via this website.
• Multimedia Focus: Users can find professional movie reviews, catalogs of new arrivals, lists of the most borrowed and viewed movies, and introductions of original soundtracks for the movies available at NTU Library on this website.

   There are 66 study carrels on 2F to 4F in NTU Main Library that are available for full-time faculty members, research fellows, post-doctoral fellows, and doctoral students.

2. Discussion rooms:
   There are discussion rooms in the Main Library and the Koo Chen-Fu Memorial Library, College of Social Science for NTU members to reserve for academic activities.

3. Rehearsal room rental service:
   There are two rehearsal rooms in the Digital Media Commons on the first floor, available for faculty, staff, and students to reserve for personal presentation practice and related activities. For a detailed description.

4. Audiovisual space rental service:
   There are 1 group learning room and 3 media hubs in the Digital Media Commons on the first floor, available for groups of various sizes to watch videos.

  Accommodates up to 40 people and is available for faculty to use audiovisual materials with public performance rights held by the Library for instructional purposes.

1. The library provides tour services for students, faculty members, and guests of departments. NTU’s librarians will take you to libraries (including the Main Library, the Koo Chen-Fu Memorial Library, and the ASRS Service Center), and introduce the buildings’ features and their equipment and services of each floor.
